Women in Work
PWC have published their report on women in work. I’ve not had time to look at the full thing yet but from the summary I’ve read, these bits stand out:
“women are occupying just 23 per cent of boardroom chairs in tech, media and telecoms firms.”
And
“If all OECD countries matched Sweden's levels of female employments, GDP would be boosted by $6tn.”
And
“The PwC survey also found an 18 per cent pay gap in the tech industry”
So that’s how things stand in 2020 is it?
