Tracking Time

I'm reading "Hourly Billing is Nuts" by Jonathan Stark at the moment. And one thing he mentions, in passing, is that he went through a phase of ignoring his time working and recording his time off.

He was thinking that recording the time he spent working, just for invoicing purposes, wasn't making him happy. And what he really wanted was more time to do the things he liked.

So he recorded the time he spent away from work. And found that it increased.

Take action: What do you wish you had more of? Start recording it.
