The Fool-proof way to build a Successful Business - part 2

This is part two in a series on building a successful business - if you missed the start you can catch up here.

Step number one to building a successful business is having something that people want or need. But that’s not all. You have to know who those people are

There's no point being the best in the world at painting frogs with gold paint. Well, there is - it may make a great hobby, but it won't make a great business. Unless you can find a community of people out there who want, or even better need gold-painted frogs.

Are they out there at all?

If they are, where are they?

Do they call them gold-painted frogs or auric amphibians? If you use the wrong words, they’ll see you as an imposter, use the right words and you immediately get them on-side.

So make sure that what you have is something people actually want. And then make sure you know everything you can about them.

Take action: Do people want what you have or do they need it? How many of them are there? Where do they hang out?

PS: If know someone you feel might want a bit of help with this stuff, send them here
