Unlike most software companies, we have a 12-stage process that makes sure that what you get fits your needs and makes a genuine difference to your business.

So I've been doing this for 20 years. And I've been running my own business for 10 years.

That's quite a long time.

In that time I've learnt a lot - I've written some amazing software that keeps some of my customers in business. And I've built a number of long-term relationships with those customers. In fact, most of our customers stay with us for years, which shows who good we are.

But this past year, I've decided that it's time to grow the business. So I've been on a mission to learn even more.

Which is what this is all about. Instead of all this stuff just sitting in my head and getting forgotten about, I thought I'd share it round. It helps me refresh what I've learnt. And hopefully you'll get a few tips and tricks on improving your own business too.
