The best place to eat in Leeds

I'm Baz and, as it's Friday and I'm on holiday, I'm going to talk about the best place to eat in Leeds.

It helps that it's local to me (just outside Headingley).

I'm not even a huge fan of Mexican food.

But at Lupe's Cantina, on Cardigan Road, the food is just amazing.

And even better, it's consistently amazing.

Every time I've been (and I've been a lot), it's been fantastic. They make sure that all their chefs follow the recipes to the letter. No variation.

In terms of business hints and tips - consistency is really really important. If you can deliver the same level of service every time, people will come back. Because they can be sure of what they're getting. And repeat customers are the one of the most important steps you can have when growing your business.

Anyway, back to Lupe's. I also love the fact that, from the outside, it looks like a portakabin, sat in the middle of a builders' merchants yard. Looks can be deceiving. They've obviously concentrated their efforts on the food, not on the surroundings. Which, for me, shows focus on what's important (another sneaky business tip right there).

But it's the food that's really outstanding.
