Should you give away your best stuff?

So, in these little letters, I'm telling you stuff as and when I learn it. Hopefully you're finding it useful. Maybe you're even learning something too.

Many people are worried about giving this kind of stuff away.

Won't my potential customers see it and learn how to do this stuff themselves?

Well, one it's a big world out there. So they may not see it - especially as I'm trying to publish these letters every day, so there's going to be a whole archive of them at some point - far too much to wade through.

Secondly, I'm taking the time to learn this stuff. I'm getting good at this stuff. If you're learning it from me, then I'm more of an expert than you (not that I'm trying to sound big-headed or anything).

So if you want to take what I've learnt and do it yourself, feel free. But if you don't have time, or want to speak to someone who's already done it before, then come to me. I'm writing it up because I've already experienced it - I know what I'm doing.

Because nothing you read, no books or podcasts or videos come close to real world experience.
