The client said to me "Your skills are great but you can be very hard to reach a lot of the times."  I haven't heard from that client in a very long, is there a course that I can take? My career is on the line.

A successful business, that works the way you want it to; giving you some freedom, some flexibility, a lifestyle that fits your needs is possible.  But a business is nothing without clients, for happy clients, you need to work on your communications.
