Finishing the project

A new thing I’ve started doing is the “project completion questionnaire”. It’s pretty simple - just an online survey, asking what you thought about things - what went well, what we need to improve, anyone you think could be interested in our services and any kind words we could stick on our website.

When a new project is started, I automatically add myself a reminder to send the questionnaire when things come to an end.

Because I need to know what you think, so we can get better in future. And if we get a referral and a testimonial out of it - then that’s even better!
