Closing down sale

OK, it's not a closing down sale really.

But I've been struggling to find the positioning statement for my business. I've been feeling bad about my business. I couldn't figure out what was wrong.

So I asked Kai Davis for help.

He asked me the right questions. Lead me through how I was feeling. And I came to a decision. A decision I had already made, but hadn't really faced up to.

I'm not closing the business down straight away. It's a long transition. But it's not going to be my focus any more.

Because my new business feels right.
