Cleaning your plate

I read a book called "Profit First" by Mike Michalowitcz a few weeks ago. I'll probably write about more in future.

But he had a nice analogy in there - "the bigger your plate the more you will eat - do you need a smaller plate?".

Meaning if you want to stop spending, stop carrying so much money around with you. Make it harder to access the money and you'll think twice before spending it.

Take Action: What do you need to cut down on? How can you put barriers in place to stop you accessing it?
