Set goals they say. It gives you motivation. It focuses the mind. It's what you need to succeed. But what should your goals be? Bad goals are probably worse than no goals. The reason for that is because if you set yourself a goal that you know is frankly impossible, that motivation that the goal gives you goes out of the window. What's the point of striving for something that you know you won't reach.
