How I write these letters

I'm Baz and I like to help small businesses keep track of quotes, jobs and invoices - especially when they have to deliver stuff on-site. I can take the headache out of organising your business using software and technology - especially automation.
By the time you read this, I will be on my way home after a break in the sun.
Yet, for the most part, these emails have kept on coming. Even though you thought you were getting a break from me!
And it's all because of automation.
I love writing these letters. I used to do a weekly blog (at http://theartandscienceofruby.com) - this was quite successful and I got to show off about some of my technical skills. But I found writing weekly very hard work.
These letters are daily - you'd think they would be even more work to write. But actually I find it dead easy. Because it's daily I don't need to go into much depth. The letters are short and I tend to write them in batches on a Friday afternoon - when I can't concentrate on writing code or think too deeply about things.
So I type up five or more of these letters in a few hours, post them to my website and schedule them to go out each day at 3:45pm. Then I have my mailing list system read the feed from my website at 4pm every day - if there's a new article in the "daily" category, it picks it up, copies it into an email and sends it out to you good people.
Meaning that, even though I've been on holiday, I've been able to offer you a seamless service. The same automation skills can be applied to all sorts of areas of your business (and I make a lot of use of it myself) so if you have any questions on how it can help you - just ask.
